Q: What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet is a large sheet that lets you place multiple designs in one print, saving money and reducing waste. Perfect for small businesses, teams, or online sellers.
Q: What file types do you accept?
We accept PNG, PSD, AI, and PDF. For best results, use 300 DPI and transparent backgrounds when possible.
Q: Can I fit multiple designs on one gang sheet?
Yes! That’s the main benefit — you can maximize the sheet for multiple logos or designs.
Q: What sizes do you offer?
While we offer almost any size, standard sizes: 22"x24", 22"x36", 22"x60", 22"x120", and up. Custom sizes available on request and in our gang sheet builder.

Q: Can I order just one shirt?
Absolutely! We have no minimum order requirements.
Q: How much does it cost to print front and back?

Q: Do I see a preview before printing?
Yes! Our online design tool provides a live mockup. Proofs are sent when requested.
Orders & Shipping
Q: What’s your turnaround time?
Most orders ship in 1–2 business days. Custom or large orders may take 3–5 days.
Q: Do you offer rush orders?
Yes — contact us before placing an order for availability and pricing.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll reprint or replace your order.
Returns
Q: What's your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Custom orders and DTF Transfers are final sale unless defective.
Q: How do I start a return?

Q: Can you design my logo for me?
We don’t offer full design services, but our online design tools make uploading logos simple. We suggest using AI powered image generators (e.g., Nano Banana, Chat GPT, Microsoft Designer, Kittl, Piktochart), graphic design freelance creators (Fiverr, Upwork), and creater tools such as Canva.
Q: Where else can I go for some design inspiration
We love browsing Pinterest and Etsy. There are loads of great ideas and designs out there! Just make sure they are high quality and have a transparent background so that the image background doesn't get printed onto the shirt.
