Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order! If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

  • Eligibility:
    • You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
    • Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
    • Custom orders and DTF transfer sheets are not eligible for returns unless they arrive defective or damaged.
  • How to Start a Return:
    • Contact us at famco@birdieprintco.com to request a return.
    • If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
    • Items sent back without a return authorization will not be accepted.
  • Damages & Issues:

    Please inspect your order right away. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

  • Exchanges:

    The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have and, once accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

  • Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial.
    • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
    • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
    • If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at famco@birdieprintco.com.
