• Processing Time:

  Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

• Custom Orders:

  Orders that require us to source specific blanks or specialty items may take an extra 1–2 business days before shipping.

• High Order Volume:

  During peak times, processing may take a little longer. If so, we’ll keep you updated — and your order will ship as quickly as possible.

• Free Shipping:

  Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $300 (U.S. only).

• Shipping Rates:

  For orders under $300, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. We currently ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, so you can choose the best option for your needs.

• Packaging:
  • Gang sheets are carefully rolled and shipped in protective tubes to prevent creasing.
  • Apparel and merch ship in poly mailers or boxes depending on order size.
• Delivery Times:

  Carrier delivery times vary, but most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days once shipped. Please allow extra time during holidays or carrier delays.
