Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

Custom Orders:
Orders that require us to source specific blanks or specialty items may take an extra 1–2 business days before shipping.

High Order Volume:
During peak times, processing may take a little longer. If so, we’ll keep you updated — and your order will ship as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping:
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $99 (U.S. only).

Shipping Rates:
For orders under $99, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. We currently ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, so you can choose the best option for your needs.

Packaging:
- Gang sheets are carefully rolled and shipped in protective tubes to prevent creasing.
- Apparel and merch ship in durable mailers or boxes depending on order size.

Delivery Times:
Carrier delivery times vary, but most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days once shipped. Please allow extra time during holidays or carrier delays.
